Paul was raised in Strongsville, Ohio. As a child, he had aspirations of being an Architect. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Paul was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. So that’s what he did, and he worked hard. In 1982 Paul had his first experience with real estate as the executor of his grandfather’s small estate and had to work to liquidate the real property and responsible for all the duties, distribution of assets and closing the estate with the court. In January of 1984 he moved to Southern California, in April met Anne and they were married in April of 1988. She’s his best friend and enjoy a great life together.
